Wow, I can't believe somebody hasn't posted yet. I guess I'll start.
Went to step class last night. I'm glad to be back. I read an article in Prevention Magazine about heart rate recovery. It said to do your exercise and then take your pulse for 15 seconds x 4. Then wait 2 mins (resting) and take it again. Then subtract the two and if the number is less than 55 then you are more likely to have a heart attack. I did this last night and my number was 56. I was really shocked. Tonight is Body Bar and I bet I'm going to be sore tomorrow. Well, I guess I better get to work and do something. Everyone have a great day.
