Good Morning Ladies,
Only one more sleep till the dreaded slumber party! I better double up on sleep tonight Although last nights sleep wasn't the best.I fell asleep on the couch and thats whrere I woke up.DH tried to get me up but it wasn't happening.When I woke up at 7 my neck hurt and I realizd how uncomfortable I was.I am feeling better now that I have my coffee and I have been up for a while.
I think I may just do cardio today or circuit.I am confused with calling stuff "circuit" b/c the only circuit I know is what Cathe as on video.But then I was reading something the other day and circuit was weight lifting.But my term of circuit training is always going to be cardio and weights.
So,I may do circuit max with some runs involoved.I am going to try to do it soon b/c I should run to the mall and get the rest of the things I need for the party.
WhenI woke up today,my car was covered in snow againx( Is there ever going to be an end? The snow bank in front of my house as to be atleast 25 feet high.We live on a turn so when the snow plow comes he as to back up and do the turn again, so anything that he may not have got the first time, he gets the second time.
We are going away in 2 weeks time for 4 days and I was wondering last night how can I fit my workouts in while I am away.We are going to be staying with family and I am hoping that they live in a quite neighbourhood and I can do some running.Either that or I will have to eat really clean while I am gone and you know how hard that can be when you are on ANY form of holiday.
Anyway,thats about it for me.I am going to tidy up my house a little and start working out!
