I have not seen much hypertrophy occur in my biceps. I am noticing it in other areas such as shoulders and triceps. Am I doing something wrong?
 
Hi Julscarver! Just do the best you can by lifting at the requested percentage of your 1RM weight. Everyone always has a body part or two that responds more enthusiastically to weight training than the other. For me my back and biceps grow from looking at weight while my triceps can work til the cows come home for a fraction of that result. But your working it the best you can and that's the key!
