I did PS CST on monday, legs yesterday and BBA today. My biceps were very weak today. I wondered if biceps assist in CST and that maybe I should take two days off between CST and BBA? I've hit a plateau in terms of bicep strength. For all of my other muscles, I've consistently been able to go to a higher weight. But I've been stuck at 2 10# dumbbells for about a month for biceps. However today I really struggled through the first rep with a 20# barbell. In particular, my right bicep was very weak. I was able to use 10# dumbbells for the left side but only 7# for the right side for those seated one arm bicep curls. I had to lower the weight of my barbell to only 15# for the reverse bicep curls.
