Hi Cathe:Quick question,I'm righthanded so I can lift more weight on my right bicep.When doing curls,hammers etc;should I continue with the same weight or go higher on my right?

Could I give you my view? I think you should use equal weights and number of repetitions as I think it is important to balance out both your bicep.

I actually find that I would like to increase the strenght in my left arm (I too am right handed) so it is as strong as my right. If you lift more weight on one or the other arm you could end up looking uneven.
