I have been using the same weight for biceps for a long,long, time. The reason being, is that I have a problem with my elbows, so I have to watch it. Is there a way to get bigger biceps without doing the traditional curls? I am wondering if I were in a different position say lying down or something if I could use heavier weight without the pain in the elbows. Just wondering if you had any magic tips up your sleeve. Even if I do preacher curls (which has support) I have a problem. If there are no magic suggestions?? Would it make a difference to the overall look of the arm if one just eliminated biceps all together or just used light weights?
