BFL - What Workouts Do you Do?

For those of you who follow Body for Life, what workouts do you use? I'm thinking of doing this following the Pyramids. Do you think this is a good choice, or should I follow PS series, H&S, or some other series?!?!?

TIA for any info you can give me.

I followed BFL for months and I think if you do the Pyramid bonus pre-mix ( total body) one day and then Pyramid upper and pyramid lower each on a different days, you will have your 3 weight workouts in lile Bill suggests), but you will have hit each body part twice in a week. The other 3 days are cardio. Hope this help.

ps I love the Pyramids, they are still my favorite!
 
You know, I only have the pyramids on vhs.......I truly have to get rid of them and get the dvd!! I just love Cathe's dvd's!! Though I haven't done so yet, I can tell this is going to be one workout series that I reach for time and time again!

Does this BFL.....

stuff really work long - term for anyone in here? I did it for awhile but lost too much weight to be honest. Plus you need to mix up weight routines to see good results instead of pyramiding forever.
I have seen quite a few BFLers who have packed the weight back on after following the program for awhile. Seems like it is difficult for many to maintain.
It's also obvious that the "after" photos are doctored to some degree in Phillips' book.
