Hi and Good Morning to You All,

Have to make this a quick post this morning.

Packing up to go to the Mountain. The debate is which one!
My DH wants to go to Mt. Tom and my DD wanted to go to Mt. Monadnock.

I know most people have a free day today but thought I'd stop by anyway!

Jennifer, I read somewhere, with regard to weighing yourself that you are the lightest on the 7th day afer the first day of your cycle. That is the only day a month that you should weigh yourself.

Heidi, I know exactly what you mean about needing to find some new increments of dumbells. I need to get 8, 12, and 20 lbs at least.
Do they make anything between a 15 & a 20?

Sometimes I wrap a 1 - 2 lb. ankle weight around my wrist to go up in smaller increments.

It sounds like all of you have done really well last week!

I'm just chalking it up to a loss and starting over in the morning. I have slept pretty well the last two nights and feel about normal

I got my 4 day split DVD! I am torn between sticking with the BFL rotation using the Pyramid set and starting my new set!!!

I think I will have to give in and start the new set.

Gayle, you are really cruising in your program!! Where did you say you have your Before pictures posted?

Hey everyone! Looks like everyone is out enjoying their free days!

I'm enjoying mine by doing almost absolutely nothing. The most strenuous thing I've done today was a crossword puzzle. :7 I've been watching football all afternoon and am looking forward to baseball tonight. Diet hasn't been as clean as I wanted it to be, but heck, it's free day. Not going nuts though!
