Hello and Good Morning to you all,
I have been up since 5am. Didn't sleep all that well last night. That headache wouldn't ease up. I woke around 3am scared because I hadn't heard from my DD. She usually calls my cell for a ride from the train station. I guess this time she called the house phone which last night I didn't bring into my room. I called her in a panic asking her to please call me. I thought maybe she stayed over in Boston with one of partners from the lab.
My DS (2nd) was up and laughing at me for my state of confusion. He told me he went out and picked her up at around 10:30. Phew! Scared me to death. I can't help it....You know how mothers are...right?
DD is off to another conference today and again won't be back until late. I have been busy this morning making the Country Style Beef Soup from Tosca Reno's cookbook. Boy does it smell great! I love using bay leaves when cooking any kind of beef. :9 I decided that I would make a few things ahead and freeze them for quick dinners or lunches. My husband is going to fry some haddock for dinner tonight and I don't do well with fry foods. So this is my dinner for tonight and later on in the week a lunch meal.

Colleen: Glad to hear that your neck is feeling better today. My headache is finally eased...of course it has taken quite a few doses of Advil about 2 hours apart to get to this point.
Yeah! for loosing a 1/2"! Your doing great...keep up the good work.
Jennifer: I agree with Gayle on switching your days for your cardio. This will give your legs some time to recover.
Kristi: You can kick the habit one soda at a time.
Veronika: Is this your first time doing the GS series? It is going to get you good if you haven't.
