BFL/Healthy Eating Check-in Friday, 2/4

B - soy protein cereal with blueberries, coffee
S - protein shake
L - spinach salad, chicken, banana
S - yogurt, apple, cheese
D - lasagna
S - peanut butter toast

Didn't have time to workout this morning, but plan on doing IMAX2 tonight and ME tomorrow.

Hello. Trying to keep myself on track by checking-in...I hear CHOCOLATE calling my name and it's not free day! It's been calling me for 3 days now :(

Turkey bacon, lf string cheese, oatmeal
CC, apple, 1 tbsp plain yogurt
Ground Turkey, lentils, corn, tomatoes
Smart Ones Low Carb Parmesan Chicken, WW bread
Grilled chicken breast, mashed potatoes
Not sure about meal 6 yet.

HIIT at lunch and I need to do UBWO tonight.
