Carolyn: I am with you on the weights today! I am already feeling my workout from PUB! I too use a bar pad...a metal bar sitting on my shoulders and neck area is too much.
I agree with you that the jump from 15#'s to 20#'s is too much. My weights today were 12,15,and 17#'s. I went down in the bi's from the previous round...today I used 8,10and 12#'s. My right arm is just sooo darn weak compared to my left. I just don't get it considering this is my writing arm. Ok...now I am thinking about it....I do use my left arm for hammering and anything technical. Maybe that is why.
Lainie: I hope you get that heater fixed soon! Keep warm...getting in your exercises will do this for sure. ;-) The only problem is keeping the kids from catching a chill in the meantime.:-(

Kathy: Great job on your run and ab workout. I always get confused with the line-up of which DVD those workouts came from.

DOMS ARE SETTTING IN BIG TIME RIGHT NOW! I guess I have been sitting at my desk doing paperwork too long...better get moving!

Belinda: Do you feel awake after your workouts? Sometimes I do and can climb mountains and other times I get exhausted several hours later. We'll see what this mornings workout does to me later!!! It was tough! Maybe I will tack that PLB on tomorrow's workout instead.
