Hi Lainie,

Thank you! I went to the site (which is really great!) and printed out the 4DS information. I have most of Cathe's weight sheets in Excel now and this is the only one I am missing.

STS is coming soon...Will be needing that one next for sure!

Enjoy your dinner with your family. I can't eat mexican food myself. Too spicey. My DH loves it and some of my kids that can handle hot stuff. :p

Back form errands and the dog park. Pup is zonked and both kids have friends over. Many more GS cookies have left the house. After billpaymax I decided that I can afford it, and with the improvement in strength that I’m seeing this week I decided that I can’t afford not to have it, so I finally ordered STS. And yes, I fully recognize that you are a halacious group of enablers.


Lanie – Thanks for the workout logs. Michelle had directed me to your site to get them a while back. They have been very useful in planning my workouts.

Gayle – Just how few GS cookies do you eat on your free day? Once a sleeve of thin mints are open, they’re gone at m house

Carolyn – Can’t help you on the rotation decision, but for me, I’ve found it’s consistency with the strength/cardio mix and eating, mostly the eating.

Heidi – I just spent $$ on STS. Don’t persuade me to get more.

Kathy – I’ll be up with you in the a.m., but I’ll be doing HIS. My run will wait until DD has skating when I can go on the track above the rink. It will be too icy here in the a.m. too risk the roads. Try Craiglist for the trainer; DH got his there. Enjoy dinner out with the family!

Belinda – Now that I’ve ordered STS, I’ll need to get a barbell, too. Not sure yours would work well in the family room. I’m thinking a shorter bar is better due to space limitations.


Now to chill for a bit, doing . . . well I’m not exactly sure what for the rest of the day. Gotta love it!

Belinda-you certainly are NOT an airhead! LOL

The kids are occupied with friends right now. I've got all kinds of food going. I made a cabbage meatloaf again, steamed some carrots, and then baked a tray of Cauliflower Poppers. These cauliflower poppers are AWESOME and I eat them like popcorn! Simple, too. Here's the recipe:

Cauliflower Poppers

1 small head cauliflower
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp chili powder, or more to taste
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 spray cooking spray

*Preheat oven to 400° F.
*Cut cauliflower florets into grape-sized pieces (about 4 cups). Rinse and drain.
*Mix all spices in a small bowl.
*Mix cauliflower and spice mixture in a large bowl and toss to coat well.
*Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Spread cauliflower on the sheet and bake until it’s tender, but not mushy, about 10 minutes (stir halfway thru cooking).

Yield: 8 servings, about ½ C per serving, 0 WW pts per serving

We're going to eat dinner soon, then head over to my parents' house to visit them and my Grandmother, who is 98 and lives right across the street from them. Basically, I'm trying to keep my kids awake till about 8:30pm...they're TIRED from their sleepover....found out both sets of kids were up till after 1:30AM!!!

Hi Everyone,

today was just a blah day for me. We went to the Red Wing game last night and actually got on the road home pretty early, 10ish. Not even half way home and wham the weather changed and here I was doing 30-40 on the expressway. I hate drive homes like that. Needless to say it took a bit longer to get home. It was between 12am and 12:15am. I had the worst headache going to bed thinking it may be from the drive home (yes I drive since hubby drinks at dinner and even though a few hours have gone by, I drive because you just never know and really we can't afford to get stop for drinking and driving), so we play it safe. Unfortunately I woke up this morning still with that headache. Took some meds and didn't work out today. I kept saying I would do it later but as others know later just never happens. So hopefully I can do something tomorrow. It is suppose to be cardio so we will see.

Kathy - no I didn't check out the bloopers. Are they right after the last segment? I guess I should see if they have a chapter of their own. Would be good to watch as I am doing my cool down walk that Tracey totally leaves off.

More new STS pics are up. I can't wait to see the actual pictures once they start filming.

Hi everyone. Hope you all enjoyed your Saturday. Mine was filled with GS mom's coming to pick up cookies. ALL GONE!!!! YAY!!!!

Now off to make dinner. It's taco night!

Heidi, glad you found the worksheets you were looking for--if you need anal retentive spreadsheets, I'm your woman. I didn't make the originals, though, just added the 4DS (along with LeanneM). I don't know if I could handle adding STS, though. I might have to round up volunteers for that one!

I'm dying to see those STS workouts. I think I'll incorporate them into the BFL program when they come (or maybe it'll be the other way--incorporating BFL into STS).

Sherry, you're welcome for the workout logs--though, like I said to Heidi, I didn't do the original ones, I just make them available to download and added a little to them.
