I LOVE all the DOMS-speak! LOL I just can't believe how sore I am from the P90X UB workouts! LOL I LOVE IT!!!!!!! I have to tell you, that in the Chest, Shoulder, Tri workout, he does a set of pushups using paper plates, just like Cathe is doing in STS! lol Watch out!
I think I'm taking a rest day today too. I've just got 11 miles for this weekend, but these DOMS need to rest and recoop, right?
Kathy-I'm offering up a small prayer that the snow holds off long enough for you to get the MAJORITY of those 18 miles in.
Thanks ladies, for all the support yesterday! This morning is going MUCH better. I have vowed that today will be 100% clean and on-target. I had protein pancakes for breakfast and am looking forward to turkey meatloaf muffins and asparagus for lunch!
I think a bit part of my complacency (sp???) these few days is the fact that we have nothing on our calendar. I spoke to a few friends yesterday and I love being busy and on-the-go. Although there IS something to be said for having a quiet life, I like busy! LOL But I guess I should be glad it's like this NOW, because once I become PTA Pres, it's going to get crazy around here!
