Gayle** my arms are fine, ask me tomorrow! LOL! All I can say about the 4DS, I love everything about them! Yes, I did .play it, then pause it to add my own sets! I get bored doing the same thing over and over! You can go as heavy as you want too!
Kathy** WTG on your workout! How come you work legs and cardio in on day? I’m curious! I will use CTX UB split for BFL style next week! Very easy to do! I will do the 4DS next week! Congrats on your weight loss!
