BFL check in Week 11/2

HI Everyone,
Sorry to be MIA this week, I've been MIA from my workouts too! I'm into my third or fourth week, and I am seriously sidetracked. I need to re-read my notes to get motivated I guess.

My baby is sick with a cold and she didn't take her normal naps yesterday, so I didn't have time to work out, she's pretty clingy right now. I guess I get to feeling overwhelmed sometimes - I'm a stay at home mom but I also do all the office work for my husband's construction company. Between taking care of her and answering phone calls, and doing house work etc. I don't always get to do anything for me. Maybe that's why I don't eat either. I get so lost in my to do lists....

Wow, sorry to go off on a poor me tangent. I just needed to vent I guess. I hope to be able to do Imax 1, the first 5 intervals today. I'll concentrate on workouts first, then getting back to my 6 meals.

I'm glad to see all the people using the check-in. Welcome to the newcomers, and congrats to everyone on their progress.
Rhonda, what weights are you at on PLB now? Do you do more weight than Cathe & Crew? I feel accomplished if I can just get to what she is using!!

Well, it's Thursday and I've been plodding along. Have hit my diet and exercise but still think I can take it up a notch. Hubby brought home pizza last night. Normally he knows I won't eat it, but I really haven't been following plan for the last 4-5 weeks. And since we are in a rocky spot at the moment, decided to have half a piece with some chicken and call it semi-BFL. And we had a nice chat too :)

Workouts are only ok. Need to get into the chiro tomorrow or I'm going to be struggling soon. Having more pain down my shoulders than usual and some off and on numbness. Hopefully just a sign of getting back on track and sore muscles and nothing else!

Dani: I don't use the journal and did the BFL Book to a "t" the first 12 weeks. I enjoyed the break from videos, but did actually get bored after that. So now I rotate 4 weeks BFl, 4 weeks Pyramid, 4 weeks S&H.

Since you followed the BFL to a "t" - what were your results? did you see the dramatic change that the pictures in the book show?

I'm doing CTX and PH chest, shoulder and tri's tonight. I'm totally craving something sweet right now..I need to focus! I get to the point where i'm like "well, one little piece won't add any pounds.." but then if I have one, then I feel like I've cheated, so then I end up eating more anyway. ugh!

Tricia - This is what I use in PLB

Step Ups - 33, 43, 48
Lunges - 45, 50, 55
Squats - 50, 55, 60
Plies - 50, 55, 60
Deadlifts - 33, 43, 48

So yes I do go higher than Cathe and crew. I have a squat rack so that is easier for me to go higher because I don't have to lift the weight over my head.

all numbers are in lbs.

Yesterday wasn't too good for me. I was craving something sweet so after dinner I took about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of walnuts and put a little hersheys chocolate syrup on them. It did the trick. today isn't going to be good because dinner we are suppose to go to Macaroni Grill. so we will see.

This morning I did PUB but was so exhausted. Saturday is weigh in and Imax2 6-10 and abs.
