:::BEWARE:::Sleeping CHEETAHS in the den Sunday!

gwd

Cathlete
WOW, is everyone still catnapping lol! Just getting us started...

So sorry about not getting back last night. I was pretty drained last night after work, threw together a very quick (but rather impressive din din, if I do say so myself :9) for SO and I and we both passed out on the couch *very early*. I'm running out the door in a minute here, will be stopping by the bowling alley after work to check in on SO who is bowling in a ten game tourney today, then I'll be back to catch up with you all. I miss you guys!

Oh, yeah, disappointing workout this morning. I did PP UB (3 sets) premix but that was just way too easy so I tacked on BC UB Premix (2X) to try to make up for it. It was okay but I guess I was looking for more of a butt kicker...oh well.

Thanks for the well wishes guys! It really has been a crummy string of luck lately ;)...it better get better soon. The foot is *okay* on Aleve but the Relafen really did the trick. Maybe I'll try just one today and see how it goes...although, even thinking about the stuff is turning my stomach right now :(.

I hope everyone has a great Sunday!

Good Morning!

No sleeping Cheetah here. Ive been up since 5:20.And have my workout complete for the day.
I had a great nights sleep. DH was gone so I snagged his pillow and I woke up in the same positon that I fell asleep in! When I got up,in order to make the bed, all I had to do was pull the sheets back! Gotta love it!

My workout was a 6 mile run and Ph abs. According to my HRM I burned 491 cals. Not to shabby.

Wendi** enjoy your day! Sounds like an enjoyable one!

Lets hope my 3rd and final shift zooms by today.

Lori:)

Good morning ladies,

wendi- thanks for getting us started. good luck to SO with his bowling game. sorry about the dissapointing workout however i know you will make up for it later.

lori- nice workout today and already done! hope the 3rd shift zooms by for you.

cathy- "ebert and ebert", lol. i like it! thanks for being happy for me. i know you would understand. i am so happy it's worked for me but can't wait to get off of it. i does bother my joints some.

wendy- man you are strong but i know you will eventually give into the lure of the kb's:7 . nice scores at target!

today's workout is itread drills.

enjoy your day cheetah pals!!:7

Good morning, cheetahs!

Nope, no sleepin' in for me. Up at the crack o' dawn, as usual. :) I was one of the last to post last night, so I'm pretty caught up on personals.

Christine :: sounds like a great time yesterday! I'll bet you burned it all off and will see another drop on the scale tomorrow. You're my hero! :7

Sunny :: I hear you...I was REALLY happy when I was able to go off of it. I had a hard time for a little while, but once you find the right dosage, it's manageable. Enjoy the drills! I still have to go check that out.

Wendi and Lori :: glad you both slept well.

I've got some good DOMS in the glutes, bi's, and lats from yesterday's workout. Today will be a run or EXT, some ab work, and maybe some yoga. I will save my usual Sunday pullups for tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a great Sunday...BBL.

Good morning!

Wendi - The workout sounded like a really good one! Glad you got some rest and the foot is doing a little better!

Christine - Glad the party was fun! I haven't been dancing in.....my gosh...foever!

Sunny - That is great that the medication is doing the trick on your face! Thanks for the encouragement on the KBs! I will give it a try "soon!"

Lori - Looks like you and I got up right at the same time! Madison (my doggie) woke me up at that time. But that was good....because usually she makes me get up at 4:00, even on the weekends! But..I didn't do as good as you...I didn't get my workout in, yet! Good job!

Cathy - Don't you just love DOMS? }( I am starting to feel some in my glutes from GS Legs yesterday. When you do your EXT ..how long do you do it? Since I got my new one...it seems like it is so much harder than the one I had before...and even harder than running! I call it the "Monster"!

I think I will do my EXT today...but not sure what weightwork, yet.

Hi to everyone else and I will BBL!

ETA: Cathy - LOL..I was reading last night's post just now and I see you did the EXT 20 minutes with your 4DS. Sorry 'bout that! Hmmm...maybe I will do 4DS upper body work today, too!

Linda

Hello Cheetah Babes

I have just a few minutes to know off some personals.

Linda- the new skin care regimen I am using is Esthederm. It is a patented line with a lot of research behind every product. I have been a dedicated Clinique user for a long time, but my Rosacea has been acting up since I started using their anti redness line and an anti aging product. This new routine is simplified, and my redness seems to be less severe already.

Cathy- yay for DOMS!

Christine- How was your dinner last night! I will be menu planning today for the week.

Wendi- I sounds like you dinner was super. I am not much of a night owl and crashing on the couch happens more than I care to admit! I would not be able to try the Relafin again after being ill with it.

Shelly- did you get through the 15 mile trail run and have fun at the gun show?

I did a 7 miler outside yesterday. It was a so-so run. I need to get outside more. But we have snow followed by sleet in the forecast. Today is a rest day, and then tomorrow I do one more week of a strength series, not S&H, and a recovery week then 3 weeks of strength again I haven't decided which series to use yet for only a week. I can not take one more week of S&H.

Ok time to get the crew ready for church. BBL, hopefully with more personals!!

Good Morning Peeps!:)

Well, I thought I might have a problem sleeping last night because I generally dislike sleeping with earrings in. Ofcourse (I have no choice for the next 2 months!LOL) I picked the tiniest earrings they had and am happy to say that they didn't bother me! YAY. Does anyone know if it's okay to use starter earrings once your ears are healed? I've had holes close on me once and don't want it to happen again. Since these are comfy if I wanted to use these earrings in at time just to keep the holes open when I have no other reason to wear earrings (like most of the week! LOL), is that okay?

The party last night was lots of fun. I bought a few TAME things. The not so tame stuff was quite expensive and DH knows where to shop online for all of that stuff for half the price! }( LOL There were quite a few women there and I was surprised to see that pretty much everyone bought something!;) My SIL "earned" $140 worth of free stuff! Ooh la la!}(

I only had a couple of drinks so I will be fine to do my work out today. Total Body+ is what's on tap.

I have no plans for today except to hang out. DH is bowling in a tournament today so he'll be leaving in a couple of hours and will be gone all afternoon. It'll be just the munchkin and I. Perhaps I should go back to Target!? ;) }( :7

Well, that's about all that's goin' on around here. I'll bbiab for personals...DH wants the computer for a bit and I have feed the munchkin anyway.

BBL!

Good morning cheetahs

Wendi...wow a ten game tourney for bowling!!! Hope your SO does well...sorry you were disappointed with the workout but hey, better than nothing at all!!

Lori..good job on the 6 miles and PH abs.

Cathy..if you like Matthew, you will have to see Fools Gold if you can. Kate Hudson is just too cute also. Good job on getting the taxes done. I am a Turbotax user too. Sorry the massage was not as good as the usual spa but I bet it was still good for your body. Enjoy your run or EXT today.

Sunny...I ended up just doing Pilates. I did a Max Burn Windsor pilates and it really worked the legs and core...Glad you enjoyed KenpoX+, I was not a big fan of the original P90X Kenpo myself but the new one sounds a lot better. Have fun with the iTread today.

Wendy..sounds like you had some fun shopping. I might look into those gliding discs when STS comes out. You are right as freestyle can be a time hog, but I think I can swing it. So did you have your ears pierced before? I have a few holes myself but it took me til I was about 26 to do the first ones. I don't think there is any problem with wearing the starters after your piercings heal. So no pics of what you bought at the risque party???...http://smilies.sofrayt.com/%5E/r/sgrin.gif[/img]

Linda...I will do freestyle a bit by the book and some DVD's. I am going to try for 5 days a week. I will probably use some of Cathe's workout's and just use less weight than I have been.

Judy...good job with the 7 miles yesterday. Enjoy your rest day.

Christine...sounds like a good run the other day. I feel exactly the same about running shoes. I have always cringed at the ones over $100..like WTH??? That is an unusual time for a party. LOL about your DH stopping to watch Cathe or Amy...Glad the party was a blast and more dancing!! OMG, I bet the mortgages in your area are out of this world!!

Shelly...I know how you'd feel about running as a bandit, I'd feel the same. How was the 15 miles and the gun show?

Jackie...I was feeling that maybe the heavier weight work could have been irritating my hip so I figured doing freestyle again would get me away from heavy work and do lighter, more rep work. I am hoping also to tone op these old legs a bit...:)...I am sure my DH would not have like the movie as much as I did. But he was out fishing so he didn't get much of a chance to go. Sorry about the coke incident. Good job with the iTreads yesterday!

Lorie..Good job with the iTread and B&G workout.

I am planning on a 6 mile run today. I would like to go farther but I am not sure about that. I might do some more time on my EXT when I get done with the run.

Have a great day...:)

Good Sunday morning Cheetahs! It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood.

Linda - I had the easier surgery where you can see one tiny little scar on my side. Doc told me I could get out for some easy walks after about 4 weeks. That would help with the soreness. It probably took a total of 12 weeks to feel totally recovered that I could get back into my workouts. I started going to yoga classes and gradually eased back into everything. It's been almost 5 years for me and it makes me wonder why I didn't do it years ago.

Lorie - Did the iTread Drills bother your hip at all? How are the legs today?

Christine - The Cokes spilled in the store. The lady was looking for someone so she could tell them to clean up the mess. It got in my jeans. So, it wasn't a problem with the car. Glad the party was fun.

Sunny - That's nice that the class works well with your rotation. I finally watched some of the clips from the X +. They still look like some tough workouts. How is MIL doing?

Wendy - Dang girl, you're tough for resisting those KB. You did deserve something after that will power. Glad the party was fun. WTG for your SIL. Nice little pocket change.

Cathy - I'll have to remember that about a bad hair day the next time I think I look like I stuck my finger in a socket. I have to watch my hairdresser very carefully when she's giving me a "trim" because I usually end up with a cut. It's like do you not understand what I said. Glad you had a nice massage. I understand when it's not like what you're use to. It feels like you missed out on something. Enjoy your workout today.

Wendi - No sleeping late here. I was awake at 4:30. Neighbor's dogs barking and I couldn't go back to sleep. Thought I would get up and read my paper. It's now 9 am and it hasn't shown up yet. x( Sorry you weren't too happy with your workout. You can make up for it tomorrow. Hope the Relafen treats you better today.

Lori - Glad you had a good night's sleep. Great job on the run.

Judy - Enjoy your rest day. Hope the snow and sleet holds off so you can get outside for another run.

Carole - Oh, yeah, the Freestyle does make sense for the hip. Do you think kickboxing aggravates any? I've noticed some of the side leg lifts can bother me. Hope you have a good run.

Rest day for me. Going to head to church in a bit. I'll visit my mom this afternoon.

Enjoy your Sunday!

Jackie

Jackie...Yes, I do think that kickboxing's side kicks do aggravate my hip. I hope you enjoy your rest day, church and visiting with your Mom.

Good morning cheetahs! It's back to work for me tonight :( But only for the nite and then it's a couple off again. Got in a fairly decent long run yesterday but the trails are pretty muddy.

Jackie- How nice that your DBF is an accountant.... very handy, especially this time of year. Great job with the iTreads yesterday and I hope you have a nice rest day.

Linda- I bought one of the TJ packages through Wendy's MillionDollarBody website. It has Cardioparty Mix, Fat Blasting Intervals and 3T toning... sounds like they will be fun and a nice alternative for me. Your EXT sounds like mine!!! Even on the lowest resistance level it is not easy!!!

Wendy- I am very impressed that you resisted buying the KBs yesterday at Target. I'm not sure I could have done the same! Glad your ear piercing went well. I don't see that wearing small posts will be a problem I go long periods without wearing earrings myself and have had the holes close upx( I was looking at those exercises on the blog today that use the discs.... looks like fun!

Cathy- Glad you found Turbotax useful. If your return is relatively uncomplicated you can really whisk right through!! Hope you get in a nice run today... going outside? Yoga sounds like a good idea for you.... nice stress relief.

Wendi- Glad to hear you are doing okay and your foot is healing.
Good luck to your SO today. Are you able to bowl yourself with your foot problem? Sounds like you need to up the weights with the PP.

Lori- You are up early for a Sunday! Awesome job in getting a good 6 mile run in. Hope your workday goes by quickly.

Sunny- Have fun with the iTread Drills. Let me know what you think.

Judy- DH didn't feel well and opted out of the gun show so I went out and caught up on shopping instead. Glad you got in a nice outdoor run yesterday... gotta grab the opportunity when you can this time of year.

Carole- Hope you get in a good pain free 6 miles today. My run yesterday was okay but it's getting hard to get in these long runs now. I'm considering holding off on my April marathon plans... it's just too hard to get in the training I need and accomplish everything else with my relocation plans. I'll probably decide within the next couple of weeks.

I think that about catches me up for now. For today I'll get in some good sweaty circuits. All Body Cardio and the Gauntlet :7

Good Morning Cheetahs!

Okay, I’m done with the party circuit! If Mr. Social (aka DH) decides to go somewhere today that does not include a dog and running shoes or a grocery list, I refuse to go! *stamps foot*. I’m tired from being out too late and eating foods that are not what I’m used to eating. I was good alcohol wise, but my stomach is not 100% happy today. I cannot wait to get back on track! No weight loss this week. I’ll be happy to hold my own. Today should be a trail run, but Jimmy didn’t eat his breakfast, so I’m a little worried about him – I’m thinking he might just not like the food – I ran out of his normal food, so I’ve been giving him Kimo’s senior dog food. He can be a little picky. And on top of that DH was really happy last night, so I’m guessing he’ll be not so happy this morning. Maybe I’ll take DD15’s mountain bike and do a ride before she gets up. It’s going to be in the 70’s today and gorgeous. I have to get outside.

The hot tub was very nice! They live in a very expensive area (they have the smallest house on the block and it’s not tiny !), and have a creek right next to their house and decking everywhere. Sitting in the hot tub you can barely see any other houses and right above is a huge old Live Oak tree. It’s very pretty.

Wendi – Oh have fun with the bowling tourney tonight! Hope SO does well!! Sorry you didn’t get in a butt kicking workout! You must be STRONG! PP UB x3 always fries me! I’m impressed!

Lori – As I’m the first up, DH makes the bed. :+ Great job on the run and abs! Hopefully your shift moves fast today!

Sunny – I hope you have a great iTread drills workout!

Cathy – Your massage sounds heavenly!! Oh, you’re way too sweet! {{{HUGS}}} But, not this time – I’ve been way too bad with eating the last three days. I’ll get back on track starting today, but I will not be losing any weight. I’m at one of my sticking points so it will be tough to drop weight this week anyway, but adding the crap I’ve been eating and drinking, no way! But thanks! Hope you are having as nice a day as we are! Enjoy your run or EXT! Too funny about the knuckleheads in shorts. It’ll be almost 70 here today, so it will shorts weather here.

Linda – I really liked this band – I wouldn’t mind going out to see them play again and dancing the night away. It’s fun! But most bands don’t start playing until 9PM, and that’s my bed time. :p Enjoy your EXT and weight work!

Judy – I put together my menu yesterday. I just have to print it and the list and hit the grocery store. I’m sorry for the so-so run outside! I know what you mean about S&H – I can handle it two weeks max – it’s just so much. I get bored with the rep count. Enjoy your rest day.

Wendy – Oh, I’m glad your earrings are comfy! Congrats on getting them pierced! That’s great! It’s fine to use starter earrings just for general wear. Glad to hear you had a good time at the party! You’re too funny about DH knowing where to shop on line for “that” stuff!! :p Ooohh – good for your SIL! Target – hmmm, yeah, you need kettlebells, don’t you?

Carole – Good luck with your 6 miler! I’ll be thinking of you! Our friend’s house is really, really nice, and it’s right on a creek with all of these OLD trees all around. So you sit in the hot tub and even though you’re in the middle of the city, you don’t really see anyone else around so it’s really nice. It’s just amazing to me that someone is willing to pay that kind of money to have a house sit for over a year before you even touch it. They only had some very basic work done – like new flooring in the bathrooms – but nothing else new. Too funny. They’re wonderful people, but she can never make up her mind. :p And yes, when I aggravated my back, certain kicks really hurt. I really hope you’re doing better!

Jackie – I figured with the coke on your tail end, you might get a sticky seat – that’s why I mentioned the car. Sorry. Enjoy your rest day and your visit to your mom!

Well, I'm going to see if I can coax Jimmy to eat. I was looking forward to a long hike with him today - but I won't take him if he's not feeling well.

Shelly - you snuck in on me! Great job on your long, muddy run! I stepped into some mud on my trail run, too. Enjoy your circuit sweatfest today! I have to try All Body Cardio. I have such a challenge figuring out if I want circuits or 3 day splits each week. I usually end up alternating!

Morning!

I am totally soccer'd out! Between ds and dd we had 7 games yesterday. DS's team won 1 of 3. His team is a newbie team. :D DD made it to the championship game. They didn't win, but boy, did they ever play hard. Several girls had tears in their eyes after that game. This was only their second tournament as a team. DD was asked to play with another team today (3 more games..possible 4), but she can't be on two rosters at the same time. Whew! She has her regular game today anyway. As for workouts, I did a Eion premix y-day. I was too sore to do anything else. That's why I didn't want to stop doing the stairs. Yeowch! After sitting so much at the tournament y-day, when it was time to walk down the stairs I was having some troubles. ha ha! I think yoga is in order today. I was hoping to get a long run in this weekend. Doesn't look that will happen. :(

Cathy ~ Hope it all works out for your student. I found out about some food allergies last year. I didn't believe it at first, but it has made a huge difference for me. Actually, the chiro had me do a liver detox first. That was hard, but I felt like a million buck after I finished it. :D A massage sounds wonderful right about now! Nice workout y-day!

Sunny ~ Way to go with putting the hurting on your class! KenpoX+ sounds like a goody! Glad your meds are helping out with your skin! :) Is that #27 you're doing? Can't wait to hear your review Ebert. :7

Wendi ~ Oh my about your meds! Sounds like you're feeling better. Well, at least you got some kind of workout in, right?

Carole ~ I want to see that movie too. ITA, Matthew is a cutie! Have fun on your run! So, back to freestyle? Remember all my freestyle questions??? Thanks for the help with that! :D That really worked well for me.

Linda ~ Glad your sister is doing well. I didn't start running again until I was 12 weeks post op. Have fun with your workout!

Jackie ~ You had quite the shopping experience, huh? :( Great workout y-day! ITA, a woman's work is never done. :(

Shelly ~ Sounds like you accomplished a lot on your time off. How was your run and the gun show?

Lorie ~ #27 not a favorite, huh? That B&G overall is a goodie! How's the legs feeling? I'm feeling lazy today, but have to venture out into the below 0 temps for groceries, etc. Sometimes I think when I don't workout I feel even more sluggish. It's weird?

Wendy ~ Oh, you will get those KB's!!! ha ha! How was that party? Did you get anything? ;-)

Lori ~ Great workout today! No, no sleeping in here either. The boys were up at 6A.

Judy ~ Your dh sounds like a sweetie! Love those stores..sounds like you had fun shopping. :)

Where's Posh been these days?

Hi to the rest of the Cheetahs!

Not sure what my calves will let me do today. }( Hmmm, any suggestions? I hate taking two rest days in a row. :(

Christine and Shelly snuck in on me....

Christine...no fair about your 70's and gorgeous. I am so tired of snow, and below zero temps. DH said we're supposed to get pounded again. UGH!!! That's funny about your socialite dh. :) Take him on a run with you. ;-) IA, I always want to do it all - 3 day splits vs circuits. Glad I'm not the only one. When I'm doing circuits I want to be doing splits and vice versa. :+

Shelly ~ Have fun with both workouts? Will you come up for air between the two? ;-)

ohhh ladies so sorry to disappoint yet again. i should post my workout after i complete it. i just couldn't force myself to get out to the gym:) so no drills for me today. however i did do a spinveral (sprinting machine) and was it a good one!! all sprints done on various tensions and then towards the end you had to get off the bike for 30 seconds of squat jumps and then back on the back for 2 mins (repeated twice). after all of that you did standing sprints. my legs are jello}( . i followed up with a yoga segment from caribean workouts (stretch into yoga).

christine- do you have this one? if not, i highly endorse}( :p :+

carole- i hope the freestyle rotation works for you and doesn't further aggravate your hips.

shelly- you never cease to put us to shame, lol.

dallas- now you have me wanting to run the stairs:p . enjoy your yoga day!

jackie- i really think you would like X+ shorter, yet effective and different workouts. MIL is doing much, much better. thanks so much for asking. enjoy your rest day!

i was out too late last night and slept in and have to work in about 45 minutes (i am testing a friend's son). anyway, i am going to try to read what i can ^^^ and i will bbl for personals and such.

i think since i am tired, i am going to take an active rest day today and do some yoga later. I GOT MY DVD'S!!! i did a little bit of the new eoin one (volume 1) and liked it.

anyway, we'll see what the day brings as far as a w/o. surprisingly, my legs are not sore from y'day, but i bet it will really hit tomorrow!

bbl!!!

Shelly...I think it could be best for you to hold off on a marathon until you feel better about getting in the required mileage. I would think too that you would have a lot more marathon options when you move back east. I know for a few of my marathons when I was thinking about doing better time wise I wanted to get in the right amount of long runs and speedwork.

Christine...I can understand how you would feel about not wanting to go out with Mr Social again!! Having some fun and holding the weight loss is really very good. I know you will be back to loosing soon..:)..The hot tub sounds nice..there are times I would really like one! The run went pretty well and I am thinking this pain could very well be more ITB related. As Jimmy is so young, he might just be so used to his regular food that he won't eat anything else.

Dallas...I knew I recognized your name form somewhere!!! It was freestyle...you are welcome and I am always happy to help...:)...you should go see the movie...

Sunny..wow..that spinerval sounds torturous!!! Thanks and I do think maybe the back curtsy lunges might have aggravated my hip a bit...

Lorie...how fun you got your new DVD's!!! Enjoy your active rest Yoga day!

I ended up running about 6.5 miles. No pain til about 5 miles, and it was weird as I just got some twinges. Some were down my outer thigh a bit more so it makes me think this could be ITB related. I used my roller when I got done and it felt great. I plan on sticking to freestyle exercises that I don't think will irritate my hip, rolling it out and icing when I can. I will continue with the Pain Free exercises too.

Judy – That sounds almost identical to what happened to me! I was using Clinique, too. But I had also been using Renova (the prescription anti-aging ointment). I had been using it for 14 year with no problem. Anyway…for the past 8 months or so, my face was basically just burned. It had big red splotches and burned patches. It looked like Rosacea…so I thought maybe since I just went through menopause my skin changed. I quit using the Renova and the Clinique. I have been searching for a good line. Would they carry the Esthederm in a Macy’s? Or is it sold exclusively in another place? Sorry for all the info and questions! Glad it seems to be working for you! Is your skin sensitive, as well?

Wendy – The party sounds fun!! Oooo! Yeah…I would go back to Target if I were you! 

Carole – That sounds like a good plan! I truly think that side kicks in Kickboxing workout aggravate my hip, too. (as well as heavy lower body work). So you liked Fools Gold? We were going to see it last night , but our friend didn’t want to see it…so we saw Bucket List. Maybe I can see it next time! I like Mathew!!! 

Jackie – You were lucky that you were able to have the small incision. Hers is pretty large. That is really encouraging that you feel so much better! That isn’t “too” long for recovery. But it was probably hard to make yourself not do too much!

Shelly – Sorry you have to go back to work tonight! Hope you like the TJ’s that you ordered! Your circuit plan sounds brutal!! Enjoy! ;>) Oh, and good job on the run yesterday!

Christine – LOL…I know what you mean! It is fun to go to parties and “socialize”…but after a while you just want to go back to your “normal food, schedule, etc!”. Glad you liked the band! I hope Jimmy is okay. He probably just doesn’t like the new food as well as his usual!

Dallas – I told my sis about the website that you told me about! She said “Thanks” and she would check it out. Looks like you and Jackie both were pretty well okay after 12 weeks. I will tell her that, also. Thanks! Good luck with your DOMS! Hmmm….the only thing I can thing of that would be pretty easy on your calves would be walking or maybe kickboxing and upper body.

Sunny – LOL…I ended up doing something totally different than what I had posted this morning that I was planning on doing, too! I went to Dicks a little while ago and got another 10lb kettle bell so that I would have a “pair” of 10’s. The heavier ones I only have one of each. But I wanted to be ready for Amy’s KB workout when it is released. Do you have any good recommendations for KB workouts (not the IronCore ones…I have those). Something that wouldn’t be real hard for a beginner KBer ;>)

Lorie – Yay! I am glad you got your DVD’s! Enjoy your active rest!

I ended up doing Kelly Coffey Meyers Cardio/Scult and then added the Cardio only premix of that one. It was a lot of fun. I just love her workouts! She is so energetic and motivating, too!

Talk to you guys later!

I ended up going for a 20 mile bike ride on DD15’s bike. As I have not been even spinning for a while, it was tough, but fun. Nice to get out in the sunshine!!! I came home, showered, and went grocery shopping, so I’m all caught up and can relax now! Yeah!

Dallas – Good job for both your kids!! Hope you enjoyed your date with Eoin! I really do love Chicago, but I don’t know if I could live there because of the weather. I’m so spoiled out here. You’re tougher than I am. :p Hope the temps climb for you soon! Glad to know I’m not the only one who want to do everything – 3 day splits AND circuits all at the same time!

Sunny – no I don’t have that one, but I’ll definitely have to look in to it! I love the sprints! I think I need to get that one! I went for a real bike ride today. I cannot believe how much the Spinervals really do help with riding outdoors!

Lorie – Enjoy your active rest day and your date with Eoin – popular guy around here!

Carole – I switch Jimmy’s food every time I buy dog food – I’ve read it’s actually better for them and makes it so their stomachs are not as sensitive. It seems to be working, but I do give him very rich food and I think the senior dog food is not as tasty. Poor Kimo! Good job with the run. I hope you get to the bottom of your pain soon!

Linda – I’m glad to be back to normal, oh yeah! :p Yeah, I think you’re right about Jimmy – he doesn’t like the old dog food – poor Kimo! I like Kelly CM as well – I should really get more of her workouts – but right now I just don’t have time to do everything I have now!

Enjoy all! DD15 is having some classmates over to do come cooking for class. Should be fun to supervise! Have a great day!

Just a quick workout report. I will take care of personals in the AM. I need to get hosed down and then get back to work. It's been a productive two days, and I don't want to lose momentum here.

Did IC Vol. 1 (set 1 only) followed by PH abs on the Bosu (oof! is that tough!) and 20 min. on the EXT. I tried to do the original BC core premix, but I think something must be wrong with my DVD. It got through two exercises and then ret'd to the main menu. Surely that premix isn't that short! I then tried to do ME abs, but I couldn't get that to play, period. Odd. So, I opted for PH abs, which is highly conducive to the Bosu, for anyone who hasn't dusted that one off in awhile.

Have a great night!
