While I would LOVE to have any part of STS that I could get my hands on, I just have to emphasize how very much I appreciate the high standards you set for the quality of your productions in their entirety. I realize there are some who don't care about all the picky details, but I really do! I marvel at it, and maybe that's why Cathe's workouts are the only ones I use on a consistent basis -- because the quality of the workouts as well as the production values are top notch, IMHO! ;-)
