If you want to focus on weight loss then cardio, cardio ,cardio. Not sure what Cathe dvd's you have, of course all of them are great! My fave cardio dvd is Cardio Fusion. Circuit training is great for burning calories. I love Drill Max. I just recently purchased the Intensity Series. Boot Camp and Imax 2 are great! Also, keep in mind the more muscle you have the more fat you burn so it's important to incorporate weights. Nutrition is also a key component. Good luck!
