best weight loss rotation?

Okay guys, I got the CTX series from the vhs sale and after 4 weeks I actually gained weight in my hips and abs!!(I think I'm the only one:)!!) So now I am watching my eating, but would like to do a weight loss rotation. I am thinking of doing the Nov. 05 one but I have seen past rotations and there may be a better or more fun one out there. What do you think? I have most of Cathe's workouts except the hardcore series. I only have low max from that. Also I got the PS series from the vhs sale. Maybe there is a weight loss rotation with that? I don't really have a preference- just want to lose the weight. When you're 5"2" every pound makes a difference:)! Thanks, Deanie:)
 
well i am sure any of them will work but these stand out more for me.i am 5' and pear shape so if i can a couple it shows as well. i think its more eating for me then any exercise.

i planned on the fat loss and definition one myself with a few modifications b/c i don't have all the videos but some that are similar to them.

I 2nd the fat loss and definition rotation. It's a great rotation and you can always substitute if you don't have a specific dvd/vhs.

The fat loss and definition definately looks good. The only thing is, is it only has cardio 3 times a week and I thought cardio should be 4-5 times a week for weight loss. Is that right? Any thoughts on Jan. 04? That also is a fat loss rotation,and it has cardio 4 times a week? If cardio doesn't matter then I think I will do July o3. My main goal is to lose weight. Actually, I'd like to lose weight and gain definition:) so maybe July 03 is the rotation for me. It looks fun and I only have to substitute for MIS and Body Max.

deanie well cardio does matter but cathe chooses hard cardio (MIC,IMAX,runs)and also you get some cardio in the circuit workouts(like cardio and weights or step jump pump) you can always work in another cardio day IF you want. like on a day when its just legs i might had a short but intense run for extra cardio but it all depends on how i feel. don't forgot building LEAN muscle also helps with weight loss. "muscle eats fat" i thinks that a name of another workout too LOL.
