In addition to several of her step workouts (Low Max, Rhythmic Step, etc.), I've been focusing on collecting Cathe's workouts that include both cardio & weights: Cardio & Weights, Step Jump & Pump, Body Fusion, HSTA but I really now want to invest in a total body weight workout to purchase when I preorder the new workouts. I'm currently wavering between Muscle Max and the Pyramids. I'd REALLY appreciate your inputs as to which might be better to tackle first. Or...would PS or GS be better?
I'm was also thinking of finally buying a troy lite system. I notice that they also sell troy bars. Do any of you use these instead of the barbells?
