best rotation for newbie with body fusion dvd?

what is the best rotation for a newbie to cathe with the new beginner dvd? i also ordered ctx.. so would it be better to incorporate those workouts in immediately? or just do a week or so with the new vid?

i've done "regular" aerobic videos.. but i've never done step.. i've been working with dumbbells since feb.

thanx and i'm sooo excited to get started on my new program!

thank you.. so i should do just the new dvd for 6 weeks then change to using ctx? (i don't have the other dvd's in the 3rd round)

or should i do just the new ones 3 weeks then change to ctx?
 
I think it depends on how "fit" you feel after 3 weeks and how well your body takes to high impact. I don't have the CTX series, but I've been told there's lots of high impact.
