I agree with Tina. I have one more day of Bootcamp left. I didn't have weight to lose, I just wanted more defined muscles. I am definetely stronger, have much better cardio capasity, and I did lose 2 lbs. I will say that my diet was horrible. I developed an ulcer in the middle of the rotation and could only eat bland carbs, round the clock. Needless to say this is not the diet you would want to follow for a defined look. I think if you commit to a clean diet you would have fantastic results.
