Best Results the First Time or the Second Time

I am on my 3rd round of STS. I am doing the 6 mos. and I have seen great results this time. I think I was more particular to make sure my weight was heavy enough.

Great to know, are you still on the first phase of the third attempt? Did you take more care to be careful of your calories with this round as well? I am entering the strength round and I am finding that my weight has been creeping up on me and I am not seeing the definition I would like.
 
I will be finishing Meso 3 this week. I did more cardio this time. I try to do an hour of elliptical and or treadmill every other day. I probably eat 80% clean. You really need to watch how you eat. I am happy though with my results. I lost a total of 10 pounds but never saw a weight increase.

I think my problem is I am only doing 3 days of cardio and some days it is only for a half an hour and I really need to tighten up on my sweets. I give myself atleast one meal out of the week where I don't care what I eat, but I have been eating a bit too many sweets in-between. I have been a little stressed about some things as well so I think that may be contributing to my lack of discipline. I am on the strength cycle and I am going to tighten up with the food and add more cardio, hopefully that will help me out.
