Best Pre-Mix in KPC & Legs & Glutes

Hello all!!!!

What's the best pre-mix on this DVD that includes both workouts?? I'm planning on doing one of the pre-mixes tomorrow morning!

The 82 min one:
KPC warm up, drills;
LG standing leg work circuited with the 3 KPC combos.

Excellent, and fun.

If you do this premix, go into it via the workout that is on the right hand side of the menu screen. If you go to it via the workout on the left hand side, KPC's combo #1 gets skipped over.
