Best intermediate-level Lower Body?

I'm having trouble deciding which lower body workout I should buy. I need a challenging intermediate-level lower body workout and can't choose between these 3. I need one that isn't more than 60 min long. Which one do you think I should try first? Currently I've been using the Firm, a mini stepper, and the only Cathe dvd I have is Basic Step/Body Fusion (in case that gives a little more helpful background information).

Supersets/Push Pull
Legs & Glutes
Pyramid Lower Body

or something else altogether?

Thanks for any help :)

Are you going to buy DVD? If so, I'd definitely get L&G's because it also comes with a Kickbox workout (Kick, Punch & Crunch) that has an AB workout also. Since you already have a step workout, this would add kickboxing to your routine too. L&G's is a great lower body workout!

If you find Cathe's weights too challenging in L&G's, either lower YOUR weights or use none at all. Let us know what you decide.

RE: Also...

I think that the DebbieH counsel is great.

I agree with Mariengeles and DebbieH!! I think L&G is a very effective lower body workout. I say get the DVD for KPC and all the premixes. It gives you endless options to create your own workout to fit your fitness level. I LOVE this DVD!!

Thanks for the help :)

I have decided that I will get Legs & Glutes and Pyramid Lower Body and alternate between these two for a little while :)

And I will buy DVD :)
