Which DVDs are the best for weight loss? I'm really not a fan of advance choreography. I have Boot Camp/ Muscle Endurance, Kick,Punch, Crunch,/legs & Glutes, Pyramid upper & lower body, high step circuit, core max, The Firm Ultimate Fat Burning, Jari Love Get Ripped 1000, & Get Ripped to the Core. I also have an elliptical machine. I realize I need to get my diet under control to see any real results, but what would be the best rotation using these or other DVDs. Thanks!

I'm sorry I can't help you, I would be interested in the responses though! Fat loss is what I am working on now too. I just need to get a little bit off of my waist, abs, and upper butt/lower back and I will be very satisfied. I woudl love to go down a cup size on the boobs- but no matter how thin I get those never budge!x(

That is so funny. You sound like me. Let me tell you, I am now a small size 2, meaning a 2 is almost too large, but not quite a 0. NOt that I want to be a zero, but thats where I am even though I weigh 130 lbs. I am 5'5" by the way. My boobs were the very last thing to go. I am proud to call myself a 34B now. I was at one point a 36D or 38C. I never thought I would see the day, but it has happened. Everyone thinks I am crazy, but until you've been uncomfortable with big boobs, you just don't understand. I am not trying to lose weight anymore and am not. I only build muscle now. I still do cardio(it is a hard habit to break), but alot less. At one time though, I lost more weight doing doing Low impact circuit and Body Max. These two workouts are so very doable from start to finish, Low impact circut mostly. When you do in excess of a hour workouts 5 days a week, you will lose weight. Now this is as long as you watch what you eat. I eat and have for years now eaten a bowl of special K for breakfast, I will have a slim fast bar after my workout. I eat a salad with low cal dressing(and yes, I do measure it with a measuring spoon) with ham, fat free chesse, and even a boiled egg for lunch, or a sandwhich with only one serving of my choice of meat, low cal mayo, the new lays chips made with olean, and a pickle, or maybe even a lean cuisine for lunch. Just whatever so long as its not more than around 300 calories or so. I have a normal dinner with my family. By normal I mean healthy. Not fried food or high in calories. This is not a diet. This is a way of life. Eating like this and doing workouts 5 days a week will take the pounds off. Eating like this and doing workouts 30-60 4-5 days a week will keep it off even if I add in a goodie once in a while. I love the no sugar added blue bell ice cream and have been having it daily now for months without gaining weight. I even have my bag of sour skittles every now and then. My sons 16th birthday was earlier this week and I baked a chocolate cake and enjoyed a couple of slices of that over a couple of days. It didn't hurt me at all. You can maintain like this as long as you never stop the workouts. I also love the 4 day rotation DVD and just purchase an older one, "Rhythmic Step". It is and older DVD, but a really good hour of cardio. The 4 day rotation is great. I especially love the high and low impact cardio. I don't too much care for the boot camp because of all of the equipment and different size weights that I have to drag out. The kick boxing is good. These DVD's that I mentioned are my favorites and I am anxiously awaiting my pre-oredered copy of the new STS training.

I'm glad I am not the only one on the boob thing ; ) I have been losing weight steadily (I gained about 60 pounds OUCH! with my daughter and then lost most of it and then gained 15 pounds when I quit smoking : ( (and I have lost that). I still want to get down about 10 pounds which would put me at 115 (I am 5' 41/2" and pretty muscular). I eat pretty well (I don't touch fried foods, white flour, very fatty foods, or red meat). My one love though is sweets but I am pretty good about limiting those. I am just upset that it has not been easier and quicker. I know that I am fighting an uphill battle at 40, but I am working my butt off!! I am shying away from the weights because P90x really bulked me up and I don't want that look- I want the lean and long look (well as long as a 5'4 person can look). I do the 4DS (minus the high impact step) and just got Power Hour + (the old original one) and have Drill Max on the way. I am going to try to do all-over body workouts on Power Hour twice a week and then do 3 days of cardio (mixing between 4DS workouts, Drill Max and the Body Max that is on Power Hour). I am going to give that about 6 weeks and see how it goes and the reevaluate. This week blew it though because both my daughter and I were sick and I could barely make it out of bed yesterday (much less work out). I am hoping this does the trick so I don't feel "thick around the middle" in a swim suit!:)

I hate my breast size too!

I am trying to lose weight again.

In the past my breast size went down.

I hope my breasts get smaller again!
