I woudl love to
>go down a cup size on the boobs- but no matter how thin I get
>those never budge!x(
That is so funny. You sound like me. Let me tell you, I am now a small size 2, meaning a 2 is almost too large, but not quite a 0. NOt that I want to be a zero, but thats where I am even though I weigh 130 lbs. I am 5'5" by the way. My boobs were the very last thing to go. I am proud to call myself a 34B now. I was at one point a 36D or 38C. I never thought I would see the day, but it has happened. Everyone thinks I am crazy, but until you've been uncomfortable with big boobs, you just don't understand. I am not trying to lose weight anymore and am not. I only build muscle now. I still do cardio(it is a hard habit to break), but alot less. At one time though, I lost more weight doing doing Low impact circuit and Body Max. These two workouts are so very doable from start to finish, Low impact circut mostly. When you do in excess of a hour workouts 5 days a week, you will lose weight. Now this is as long as you watch what you eat. I eat and have for years now eaten a bowl of special K for breakfast, I will have a slim fast bar after my workout. I eat a salad with low cal dressing(and yes, I do measure it with a measuring spoon) with ham, fat free chesse, and even a boiled egg for lunch, or a sandwhich with only one serving of my choice of meat, low cal mayo, the new lays chips made with olean, and a pickle, or maybe even a lean cuisine for lunch. Just whatever so long as its not more than around 300 calories or so. I have a normal dinner with my family. By normal I mean healthy. Not fried food or high in calories. This is not a diet. This is a way of life. Eating like this and doing workouts 5 days a week will take the pounds off. Eating like this and doing workouts 30-60 4-5 days a week will keep it off even if I add in a goodie once in a while. I love the no sugar added blue bell ice cream and have been having it daily now for months without gaining weight. I even have my bag of sour skittles every now and then. My sons 16th birthday was earlier this week and I baked a chocolate cake and enjoyed a couple of slices of that over a couple of days. It didn't hurt me at all. You can maintain like this as long as you never stop the workouts. I also love the 4 day rotation DVD and just purchase an older one, "Rhythmic Step". It is and older DVD, but a really good hour of cardio. The 4 day rotation is great. I especially love the high and low impact cardio. I don't too much care for the boot camp because of all of the equipment and different size weights that I have to drag out. The kick boxing is good. These DVD's that I mentioned are my favorites and I am anxiously awaiting my pre-oredered copy of the new STS training.
