Disclaimer: This tastes like a Butterfinger candy bar if you don't like Butterfingers because they stick in your teeth, you will like this. If you don't like Butterfingers because of the way they taste you may not like this dessert. (This is totally vegan though!)
3-4 dates depending on size
Take out the pits, cut them up, and mash with a fork (This may take some work, but hey you're actually burning some calories making this dessert!)
Dash of vanilla extract
1/2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
1/2 Tbsp. old fashioned oats
Mash all this together in a small bowl and enjoy. You can add a small amount of cocoa powder and sprinkle the top with a tsp. of sugar in the raw if you are feeling like a cruncy sweet treat.
I love to eat this in very small bites and it lasts a long time this way!
