Hey everyone - I've been off the boards for a while and just picked running back up since everything seems to be "healed."
I am looking for a good interval running program to do outside. I have for years, before all of my injuries, just run to my IPod, walkman, or whatever but I think I could really benefit from a program for interval running.
I started back running a few weeks ago and am doing HIIT running twice a week but of course there is no "program" for true HIIT running. I also do one tempo run and one endurance run which leaves me two more times a week for running which I would like to do a regular interval run of about 45 minutes.
I don't normally just do all running for cardio, even though it is my favorite cardio. It just isn't something I can do year round due to weather and right now, early morning has incredible running conditions right now.
Will CC fit my needs for this interval run I am talking about and if so, which one?
