hello everyone i just wanted to know which cathe dvd has made a real difference in your buns-which ones made it jiggle free, hard and toned

right now i could only afford one dvd(need it to be great for the buns)and was wandering which one to get

thanks in advance

Pure Strength Strong Legs & Abs did wonders for me. As a matter of fact, I ordered the Pure Strength DVD about 15 minutes ago :) I already have the tapes, but my Cathe DVD collection was short by only that one single DVD. I couldn't handle it anymore :) I know you didn't mention wanting the upper body work, but it's all fantastic. None of Cathe's DVDs have only one workout. I love all of her lower body workouts, but that one seemed to target my butt and hamstrings a little more. Good luck! You won't regret any purchase you make.

I vote for Pyramid Lower body -- maybe because I just did it today and my butt is fried. }(

It has a great combo of standing work and floor work using the stability ball, though you can modify if you don't have a ball. I hadn't done it a while, but when I was doing it consistently a few months back I noticed nearly immediate positive results in the caboose area. :)

I have found that Cathe has so many good lower body workouts. I think still that the one that has given me the greatest results is Pure Strength Legs and Abs. Others are good but I feel like the leg presses on the tall box and the floor work make a difference. When I do Leaner Legs,ME,MIS, for the lower body I try to include the lower portion of PS or the Lower Pyramid on the stability ball. Also the kickbox workouts help lean out the thighs. Just my opinion as I am not an expert.

I would get the Power hour DVD which has also MIS the whole thing and Body Max the whole thing which Mis lower body I htink is greta it is not so long and it gtes right in there body max kind of comnbines the lower body training with explosive cardio plyos and such and power hour has lower body too!

I agree with Sara. I really feel it in my buns the next day after doing Pure Strength. Pyramid Lower Body is a close second.

Do you have the new series on order? If not, I would say get the Legs & Glutes/Kick, Punch & Crunch DVD! I love L&G's and like Diane Sue said, kickboxing is great for the buns! I haven't had them looong enough to see REAL results yet, but I feel like they are working if that makes sense??? There are some new moves & also new moves with the High Step that really target the rear lots! All other vids mentioned above are GREAT too, so one-by-one, get them ALL! Or, use their great quanity discount and get a few!:7

I saw the best results using Pure Strength Legs 3 times a week. I was really focusing on legs and it worked! Went down from a size 8 to a 6 in under 3 weeks. And this was doing NO cardio and no special dieting during that time either.

I agree, I really like those leg presses in ME, I haven't gotten CTX yet series yet, it is next on my list along with Slow & Heavy. I really like Pyramids Lower Body for the legs and Pure Strength also, those hamstring exercises on PS really get me. The stability ball exercises on PLB really get me, in fact I think the stability ball exercises on PLB are tough, but maybe that is because I have only got to do them a couple times, I hope it gets a little easier, those froggy style things really get me along with the hamstring work on the stability ball. Anyway I agree with what you said lol ... Rhonda

HI Beth
I e-mailed you I think. But am not sure if it went I have never done that before on the forums. Anyways I asked what else you did on the other days. I took your advice so far I just finished Pure Strength Legs- been along time since I have done it But I loved it very hard but in a good way OK Thanks
