Hello all!!

I am wondering if someone can tell me the best cardio tape of Cathe's to use that does not have any complicated choreography and uses the least amount of space. I have a tiny home right now and my ability to do complex choreography is not one of my strengths, in fact - I suck at it!! :'( So...can anyone suggest one. I was looking at interval max. I would like a newer one.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have other tapes at home like firms and such - but I am kind of sick of those. Thanks in advance! :)

RE: Interval Max DOES fit your bill

Hi, Dawn! In terms of what you need (hi intensity, basic choreography, and limited space requirements), Interval Max is indeed the best.

I second that emotion! Go with Interval Max!

My apartment workout area is very small as well. Not much room in front (TV), not much room in back (furniture and rolled up carpet just waiting to trip me), not much room to the left (wall), not much room to the right (bookshelves). Oh, if I could only live in a Bally's!

So, if I can do it in my limited space, anybody can!

Patricia (who is equally unhappy with complex choreography)

I'll jump in and give a big thumbs up for Imax. I've been doing it for 2 years and never get tired of it. Two years! How can that be....I'm gettin' old! When you hit your fifties, time races by. I'm checking into retirement communities this weekend....just kidding! Maybe one outside of Houston, Texas because I want to retire to the west, not south. I have this thing for cowboys.......! http://plaudersmilies.de/coollook.gif
