I just found a 10lb. medicine ball with straps for $17 at TJ Maxx. I got the last one. It is some off brand and came with an extremely cheesey instructional dvd, but it is great I can strap it around my legs or hands. What a find. I have been looking long and hard for a decent priced heavier ball!:7

I think the main thing is to get the anti-burst one. Either at www.fitness1st.com or www.fwonline.com. They are very affordable, and service is great!
