Thanks for everyone's advice for the physics portion of my project. I will definitely try to post my results. However, I have another question, Cathe. I need more info on the history & beginning of step aerobics, especially how aerobics evolved into step aerobics. I know that your Step N Motion 1 was one of the first step aerobics videos. How did you and CIA get the idea for incorporating a step into aerobics? Did you encounter any problems in your attempts to do this correctly? I would love any info you could give me & it will also help raise my grade. My professor thinks it's great that you answer all your fans questions. Thank you SO much for all your help!
