Benefits/Results from Core Max?

I'm on the fence about which to get NEXT- Core Max or Muscle Max. I think I'll get Core Max, but I'm not sure if I'd take the 20 minutes a day to do the workout.

Any thoughts? Any results you've gotten that you attribute to Core Max workouts? TIA

Although the Core Max DVD is good, IMHO you should get Muscle Max first, since Core Max is . . . well, only Core, and MM works the whole body. AND, the core routine on MM prompted a thread of mine a few months ago on the Ask Cathe forum called "Liar Liar Abs On Fire" - you get the idea.

Save Core Max as a potential stocking stuffer and get MM now.

Amy I agree with A-Jock - get MM first! It's a great total body workout and get Core Max later if you can't get both. MM is my favorite total body workout of any out there! Get it, you won't be sorry! :)

I would get Muscle Max. It does have a good ab workout at the end. I feel it in my abs while doing it and the next day.

I agree with the consensus to get Muscle Max first. The ab workout on Muscle Max is a shortened or version of some of the ab exercises on CoreMax (at least in emphasis--with a lower ab beginning portion and ending with the upper ab blast). If you add the planks or even the entire ab workout from from KPC or PUB with the abs on Muscle Max you can have a more complete ab workout that is similar to segment 2 of Coremax.

I like Coremax a lot and have had good results from it, but the 20-minutes still gives me a dread factor using it. I really have to push myself to do it, even though it definitely is a great ab workout and the premixes are challenging. I have gotten more defintion on my obliques using Coremax and Musclemax than other ab workouts.

Here's another vote for Muscle Max. It's one of the best total body workouts Cathe has ever made, in my opinion. It's also got a killer ab routine at the end.

I do have Core Max, but I've got to say, I rarely use it. I find the ab sections that come at the end of all the other workouts work just fine for me.

Definitely Muscle Max. I just finished it and it is one great workout. It is so thorough and challenging, but not impossible.

Amy,

I have gotten great results from Core Max, but I agree with everyone to get MM first. That's a great full body workout and does have a tough ab work out at the end. I don't know what DVDs you have, but sometimes I'll put a couple of ab sections together to get a longer ab/core workout.

Christmas is coming! Add Core Max to your wish list.:)

I agree, get muscle max. A lot more workout for your money. Core Max is awsome but I would do core twice from MM and add some resistance and know I did a thorough routine.
