benefits of bootcamp??

I love bootcamp and was wondering, what would be the benefits of doing this workout 3-4 times a week? Another member on this forum, I beleive it was dsa3 that mentioned there is a thread on the Ya-Ya site talking about doing this workout 4 times a week.
Just curious, is it a good fatburning workout and would it be safe to do more than 2 times a week?? Thanks

I don't know what the benefits of doing it 4 times a week would be.I can just see joint pain being a problem in the future from all of the high impact.
I think circuit training is a great way to workout.I think it really boost your endurnace level but I wouldn't do it no more then 2-3 times per week.If I were to work this way,I would choose 3 circuit sytle workouts one having less impact then the other.High impact will cause to much pain in the future,trust me...Im living proof.

I think it may be a good way to shake things up for a while. On the yaya's forum...the girls doing it did it 4 times a week taking a complete day off in between...if I remember correctly. One of them said that all her clothes fit looser and she could see a difference. I don't remember how long she did this...but I know it was for a specified time. Some people can take more impact than others so you would have to decide if your body could handle this for a while. If you go to the rotation forum and look under the thread titled Anyone do a BC rotation...you will find the original post from the yaya's and a link to that particular discussion.:7

Bootcamp

Angela's summarized the BC discussion on the Ya yas. I did Bootcamp a week ago for the first time and was sore the day after - especially in upper back and shoulder area from plank and oblique work. I did BC again two days later and felt stronger through the workout and was not sore the next day. I find for my body that I need to always shake things up as I adapt quickly to any workout. I think for me, BC once a week is enough as there are too many workouts I want to do.
The rotation sounded compelling as great results were reported.

Bootcamp is an awesome workout in my book, but I think one would grow tired of it if you did it more than once a week. Also, it probably would become less challenging after a couple weeks.
