bellbar help new to it

hi
i am new to the bellbar i just get one set of 20 kg i think its 40lbs
and i want to know what waight should i start with.
and what dvd should i start with i get all 23dvd of cathe
i realy need a help
i want to loss wight i put on after dilivery
my baby is 2 years now
plz help

Hi GoldenLady,
Since you're new to the barbell, and have all the Cathe's, an easy way to break into weight training might be with the CrossTrain Xpress Series.
It'll give you 30 minutes of cardio, and 10-15 minutes of weight training for a specific body part.
Also, because the weight training in this series is at a fairly quick pace, you may want to start with a light barbell (20-25#) just to see how it feels, you can always pause the workout and add more weight, or reduce the weight if needed until you find what is right for you.

Golden Lady,
If it feels heavy, don't use it. Do the workout with no weight at all. Try the barbell by itself, with no plates on it. When it gets too light for you, add weight. Try to find a table on the net or in your dictionary at home that converts Kg to pounds. It does not matter, though: if it is too heavy, don't use it.
