I am a beg/int exerciser. I would like to get started with Cathe for weight loss. Please suggest some tapes that I should buy, and a good rotation for a beginner.

Hi and welcome!

Basic Step and Body Fusion for certain! This dvd is comprised of a 30 minute step work out, a 50 minute circuit work out, an upper body toning segment that is 20 minutes long, a lower body toning segment that is 20 minutes long and an abs section (I think it's 10 mins) using a stability ball(you can modify with out one if you want as well).

Cathe had posted a rotation completely based on this dvd for the beginner/intermediate exerciser a while back. I am not sure where to find it now, but if you post a separate question about it, I'm sure one of the gals here will be more than happy to locate it for you and post the url.

Do you all belive in the power of God? I sure as heck do. I was just sitting here, looking over the March Rotation saying, I can't do that. I don't have that. Man, I wish there were a beginner rotation. I go down about 2 topics and there is this beginner question with the exact answer I needed. Thank you to the person that posted it.
how do you save links so you can find stuff like this so quick? I want to save it so when someone asks I have something to help with
