I am a beginner, I need advice about a good videos to start with? I would like to have a series that works out everything arms/legs/cardio. Any suggestion on what videos to start with?
 
You might like Cathe's circuit workouts that works out everything in one session: Cardio & Weights, Circuit Max, Bootcamp and the workouts in the Terminator series. Her old workouts like Body Max and Maximum Intensity Strength are also worth a try. There's some cardio in there and strength training (heavy weights) for upper and lower body.

Hi and welcome,
If you are a beginner to Cathe, the workouts already suggested would be good ones.
However, if you are new to exercise, Cathe is not the place to start. Her videos are for advanced exercisers who are familiar with at least the basics.
I would highly suggest looking at collagevideo.com and videofitness.com for suggestions on beginner tapes to get you started.

i'm so glad that you posted this. i had the same question. just joined and am looking forward to working out w/ cathe. those suggestions are great and i'm gonna order them right now!! :)
 
As a beginner, I would go for CTX. It has everything you need and it shows you many of the basic cardio moves for Cathe. Ciruit Max and Boot Camp will definitly humble you though if you do end up ordering them! Have fun!
