Greetings,
I am in need of guidance for a new start for a healthier lifestyle. I need to lose roughly 50 lbs and tone my body, especially through my midsection. I like the weight training for weight loss and am willing to do moderate cardio (due to a hernia in my umbilical area), so would you please instruct me as to the correct equipment that I would need to purchase?
Presently I have a medium sized core stability ball, a set of 3 & 5 lb. dumbbells, some plates for weightlifting (will purchase the bar soon)and a willing, able body and mind. All I need is someone to point me in the right direction and I hope that this will be you Cathe.
I catch you on fittv from time to time and especially enjoy doing the weight training that you do, in my own range of motion of course.
