Yes I would love to join inn!Im doing the beginner rotation and loooovvve it! I'm in the sixth week,starting seventh week monday! What week are you on? Have you had any results? I found with all those squats and lunges I've lost like an inch in each thigh!
This is my first rotation and I find that I love the idea of already knowing what I'm doing on workout days!I'll probably do some type of rotation from now on!Its sooo much easier than trying to figure out what workout to do!Plus it keeps me motivated,like a schedule I have to keep!Well keep in touch,I try to check in atleast once a day!
