Beginner Rotation Check In

Is there are group for those of us beginning the Cathe workout rotation? I would love to have someone to chat and be accountable with. I work out every night at home and would love the encouragement others could give as well as what I can give. Thanks.

Yes I would love to join inn!Im doing the beginner rotation and loooovvve it! I'm in the sixth week,starting seventh week monday! What week are you on? Have you had any results? I found with all those squats and lunges I've lost like an inch in each thigh!
This is my first rotation and I find that I love the idea of already knowing what I'm doing on workout days!I'll probably do some type of rotation from now on!Its sooo much easier than trying to figure out what workout to do!Plus it keeps me motivated,like a schedule I have to keep!Well keep in touch,I try to check in atleast once a day!

Hey. Sorry it took so long to post. Yes I love the Cathe DVD's. I am in my 3rd week of the rotation and I can't wait to work out at night. The routine is set. We own a sub sandwich shop so my hubby and I get the kiddos down and he goes back to close up shop while I get my workout in. I made a 12 week calendar and have posted it on my refrigerator so that I know what each night holds. As for results I already feel and see results. I mainly started because I had a hysterectomy in October 05. I didn't really start feeling the weight affects until about 2 months ago. Suddenly my clothes were too tight for my taste and I seemed to be tired all of the time. Now I have my energy level up and my clothes are loosening too. Like you I plan to stay on the rotation schedule. It seems to work as a great motivator. Keep in touch.
