beginner needs suggestions for cathe tapes

Hello All,
Any Cathe tape suggestions for a beginner/intermediate.
Im in the process of losing weight while trying to tone
and gain muscle definition. I have the firm fanny lifter
set but word is Cathe tapes are te best for muscle.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Are your goals mainly weight loss and strength gains? If strength is your goal, I would suggest the Pure Strength series. It is divided into 3 tapes: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps; Back, Biceps & Abs; and Legs & Abs. Cathe's cardio tapes are the best too, but I am not sure if you are just looking for strength tapes or not. Power Hour is great, although that is an endurance-oreiented tape. But if you stick around this forum long enough, you will eventually be talked into buying all of Cathe's tapes. Trust me. But you won't regret it! Have fun!
 
I suggest Max Intensity Strength (mixture of strength and endurance) or Power Hour (pure endurance) for a beginner. To me, MIS is a better choice since you can break it up into upper and lower body workouts. As beginner, you will gain strength from endurance type workouts. Eventually you will plateau on muscle gain, then you might want to switch/rotate to 'strength' type tapes -- Pure Strength.
