Beginner Kickbox

Hi everyone,

I've been working out with Cathe now for about 8 months and I'm addicted. I love the challenge. I've been thinking about starting kickboxing to shake up my routine. I normally do step and weights - i absolutly love step aerobics. I've been at a plateau and thought adding something I haven't done before will help. Any suggestions on a kickbox tape that's good to learn - hopefully one of Cathe's. Thanks for any suggestions.

I have Kick, Punch, and Crunch and really like it. Personally, I find the choreography in it to be easier than Cathe's step workouts, but the intensity is just as high. :)
 
i would not start out on kpc if u have never done kickboxing. the drills have alot of kicking and punching,fast paced,and alot of jump kicks.even the high intensity part is tough. i started out with cardio kicks-which i am glad. it is a little easier,fastpaced,fun,and some awesome drills at the end. that is still one of my favorites so i would recomend starting with that.
