Beginner, but I don't like to step-moves... Help!
Hi, I am a beginner/intermediate exerciser, but I really don't like to step up/ step down/ and all the moves (v-step, l-step, etc.), and I am challenged with step-coordination.
I like using a step for support/balance, with weight lifting or sitting.
I really want to start Cathe dvds, but the beginner Cathe dvds rely heavily on step-moves, right? Are there other videos that I can start with?
I am 46 years old.
