Begin XTRAIN 1/6/13

Hi Everyone,


I am Vicky and I begin the 90 day undulating XTrain rotation tomorrow. So excited! I have previewed quite a few of the discs and am really impressed with the detail and creative moves in this program. I love it!
Today, I did the 1 rep max test and loaded it in the workout manager because I am looking for the best possible results. Really hoping that I can print out the workout cards this week. I will take my measurements and weigh myself tomorrow and then I really need to figure out the whole TEE and BMI (which is clearly not what I have read about all these years because it would only be in the single digits).

Nutrition tends to be my downfall but I am hoping to get it right this time around.

I am also looking for supplement reccommendations which would increase my energy. I have never had this problem in the past but lately have noticed fatigue in my muscles and less energy. I'm going to pick up CoQ10 as Dr. Oz recommends this but I'm looking for other natural products.

Any help would be appreciated,

Hi! I'm starting tomorrow too! I'm using the xtrain pig ram for a company transformation contest we have every year. They will be taking pictures and measurements tomorrow. I used this past week to do some of the videos, get my workout room organized, and eat a few last cheat meals. There's a check in for the 90 day undulating you might want to join in too
 
Happy xtraining ladies!! I am on my rest day today and will begin week two of the 90 day program in the morning!!
 
I'm starting tomorrow as well. I pulled my back almost 3 weeks ago and I've been dealing with tons of pain but I am hoping to modify, modify, modify!! ;)

Workout 1 is done! I had hubby load me up with some pain cream for my back, then I did a 1 mile walk to get warmed up and then used lighter weights during the workout. I loved it! I like that there are no repeats and it went fast enough to keep me sweating! Bodybugg said I burned 491 calories for that hour. Nice!

Off to drink my Shakeology and shower!!! ;)

So how did everyone else do?
