Hi,
I ordered Power 90X over a month ago and I still don't have it. I emailed customer service and no response and have attempted to phone them but they put you on hold forever and I haven't been able to get through to them. Does it typically take this long to get your order? I am really miffed because my credit card has been billed. I was tempted to order TurboJam but I am thinking twice about it because of this problem.
 
I've never ordered through them but I've read horror stories about thier customer service. do a search on the threads here and you'll find lots of examples of lousy customer service. I'm not saying you won't get your order, but it will take its own sweet time and getting through to them is awful, I hear. Others here may be able to help out. I recall a thread a while back where someone offered a csr name who was helpful.
 
This is so disappointing to me.

Back when BeachBody was "new in town", I ordered the Great Body Guaranteed series, then Power Half Hour and then finally Slim in Six and never had any problems at all! (All of these are on VHS so you can tell it was quite a while ago....)

I have thought about ordering Turbo Jam at some point but if this is how they do business these days I think I will pass...
 
My only experience with them was just recently when I ordered Turbo jam. I consider myself very fortunate that I had no trouble! I placed my order on a Monday and had the workouts the next week.
 
I ordered Power 90X on Sunday and received an email on Tuesday saying that it had shipped. However, it also said it could take TWO WEEKS for it to arrive after shipping! I assume it's coming by carrier pigeon!!

If you go back just one or two pages there's a threat titled "poor customer service at beachbody" it may help you.

I ordered the Turbo Jam package plus Cardio Party Mix 2 on Friday, August 19th and it was delivered to me on Wednesday, August 24th. I chose the one-payment option and Beachbody.com stated that all one-payment orders would be priority shipped. I didn't pay any extra shipping cost with the one-payment option.

Cathy I'm so sorry that you are having a hard time with BB customer service. I have seen the emails of my P90X order. I sent a email saying I wanted to order on 6 of June, I received a BB email saying they have placed my order on 10 of June, I received the shipping email on 16 of June and finally I received the workouts 6 days later after lot of time wasted waiting answers.Now I am having problems with my second order from BB.I hope you will have a fast answer of Amber and have the P90X soon.

Ok, I went to order this (despite my misgivings after my LAST experience with beachbody - it took WEEKS to get my shipment), but I don't see the 30% off anywhere. Do you have to call to get that or is it on the Website somewhere?

Go to www.Beachbody.com and click on Turbo Jam and then click on the yellow and purple highlighted area "Yes! I'd like to try Turbo Jam!>". This will add it to your cart, which will then show: Turbo Jam Package You save 33%! The subtotal will be $ 40.10 and the shipping is $9.95 with no sales tax. The total to be charged to you should be $50.05. I just did these steps right before sending this e-mail, to make sure that the offer is still good, and it is. Hope this helps! And I hope you'll get your order as quickly as I got mine!
