BC/ME Bonus Combo

Can anyone give me a brief rundown of this pre-mix? I was going to try it tomorrow morning but I thought perhaps I had better see what i am up against. I am familiar with both routines but have never tried the bonus combo. Thanks!!!!

Tricep Dips - ME

Thank you for posting this. I was wondering myself what the bonus combo contained. Now I really want to do it! Maybe tomorrow...even though I am supposed to run and do leaner legs....what to do...what to do!!!! :p

Wow! Thanks so much for the rundown on this! I am pumped to try it out tomorrow! I am doing some rotations that Jillybean posted in the rotations area so I am exploring new areas of my dvds, it is like a fun suprise every day (plus it is holding me over for the new ones!) Thanks again!
