All I know is, it's 1 hour 7 minutes and 18 seconds long, according to DVD Chaptering info at VF, but I've not seen a breakdown of it.
I watched it for 20 minutes or so and it seems to do a Boot Camp cycle, then some ME excercises, then back to a Boot Camp cycle, but I didn't have the patience to watch the whole thing and I too would like to know what's on it before I do it.
