BC/ME Bonus Combo

I am positive that I saw a post regarding the content of the bonus combos at some point, but can't find it. Can someone direct me to where I can find this information?

All I know is, it's 1 hour 7 minutes and 18 seconds long, according to DVD Chaptering info at VF, but I've not seen a breakdown of it.

I watched it for 20 minutes or so and it seems to do a Boot Camp cycle, then some ME excercises, then back to a Boot Camp cycle, but I didn't have the patience to watch the whole thing and I too would like to know what's on it before I do it.
 
I had copied this from a prior post-I think its correct. One thing I noted while doing the workout is not to press your skip button to skip a section since there aren't any chapters-you will exit the whole thing and have to start over!

Barbell Back Upright Rows - BC
Deadlifts - ME
Deadrow bar clean & Press - ME

#2 Cardio sumo squats - BC
Static Lunges - BC
Leg Press (2 x 12) - ME
Static LUnges - ME
Bicep Curls - ME

#6 Cardio sequential power kicks - BC
Front & Side Kicks - BC
Military Press (32) - BC
Rear Delt Raises - ME

#3 Cardio Kickbox - BC
Plie Squats - BC
Leg Press (16 & 12) - ME
Squats - ME
Tricep Dips (20) - ME
Tricep Kickbacks - ME
Chest Flies - ME
Pushups - BC
Abs - ME
Stretch - Cool down - ME

The time frame is approximately 1 hour and 8 minutes.
 
I just finished this workout. I thought it was really fun.
I'm feeling it that's for sure.:)
I did find out about the do-not-skip thing. I skipped and ended up having to do the first few chapters twice.
