Fellow forum member Shouldbesad made up some Barry's Bootcamp weight worksheets in Excel which she agreed I could put on my blog and share here. You can find them at

You can download them here: http://web.mac.com/lainiefig/iWeb/Site/Exercise/161B5BC6-37B6-4F1F-A305-E011C793ECE4.html

They will also be on the main page of my blog for future downloads.

Thanks so much, Diane (aka Shouldbesad)!

Your welcome.

Just a FYI...I just did my first attempt at BBC Arms and Abs and holy cow. I thought the X was tough. I admit I only used 5 lbs today but will go up to 8 next week (if I make it thru rest of week of these). The cardio hammered my legs as much as the arms/abs that it was intended for.

I VERY STRONGLY recommend doing a seperate warm-up and stretch of your choice around these workouts. I will now, myself, be doing the following:

GS Chest & Triceps warm-up only
GS Back, Shoulders & Biceps warm-up only
BBC Arms & Abs weights (or his other upper body workouts)
GS C&T stretch
GS BS&B stretch
GC Legs warm-up only
BBC Arms & Abs cardio
GC Legs stretch

This may be slightly overkill but...

Also, when I'm going for strength training I will definitely do the weight segment first; thus for my weight loss training days doing cardio first. Above comments are only my 2cents worth. :7

Diane,
I think your ideas of adding on those warmups/stretches are perfect. BBC is great for weights and cardio but the warmups/cooldowns/stretches just don't cut it at all for me. I don't have Gym Styles so I won't be doing the exact ones you are, but I will certainly be adding on other warmups, etc. from now on. great idea!

Ouch. I just did Arms & Abs. I did the step part of SJP first, then the weights only of BBC Arms & Abs. Then I went back and did the SJP stretch. I am a little under the weather, so a brief step routine worked well for me today. I also don't feel comfortable doing the BBC cardio right now with my ankle not yet 100% healed. Anyway, I mostly used 5lb dumbbells (some 8 lb with biceps) and I am really feeling it already. After finishing I had to go pick up my 5-year old son at the bus stop--pushing my 2-year old in a stroller over there, and it was hard to push the stroller after all that arm work. My arms feel a bit shaky.
