BBC--GS Rotation

Here's a rotation idea using BBC and Gym Styles (thanks to the forum member who came up with this idea). You'll notice the rotation is not set into any formal "weekly" plan b/c for me, I rarely can follow anything that regimented and then feel like I've blown it if I get "off track", so I simply stated the order of workouts. Feel free to add in another rest day wherever. I was thinking of alternating these two.


Ideas for HIIT Cardio: cardio from BBC, treadmill, stationary bike, Drill Max cardio premix, IMax2 Blasts, Bootcamp cardio only x 2, Step Blast cardio/blast add-on, Cardio Coach


...BBC Chest/Abs + HIIT cardio
...non-HIIT longer cardio of choice + Floor legs of choice
...BBC Back/Shoulders + HIIT Cardio
...Rest
...BBC Legs
...BBC Arms/Abs + Cardio of choice
...Rest
...BBC Full Body
...non-HIIT longer cardio of choice

...Gym Style Chest + abs of choice + HIIT cardio

Thanks for this. I will keep this in mind for the future. Right now I exercise a few days then go out of town for a few days but when I return to school I will be on a more "regular" rotation schedule. Anyway, this looks great!

I'm into my second week and I'm seeing some results already. I did end up tacking on a floor leg workout after the BBC Legs (I only did the weight, no cardio) instead of doing legs after my longer non-HIIT cardio. Seemed to workout better timewise for me.
