I don't have a stability ball (no place to store it!), but I just finished all of the new Body Blast routines. It wasn't too hard to adapt without the ball. Most of the exercises can be done on the step as well. I think there was only one that I couldn't really adapt. It was for abs, so I just did crunches for a couple of minutes. The tapes were still lots of fun!
