basic step + cardio & weights

Hi Cathe, I just purchased this DVD, along with the exercise steps. I was getting into the basic step routine when the the DVD starting skipping. When I checked the DVD it was scratched up very badly. I am not sure how to return this DVD because it came in the package with my stepper.
What I got to experience with your routine was awesome. Can you please tell me how I can replace this DVD, without returning my steps.

Have you tried asking at the place where you bought the step? I had this same problem when I first bought my step, but it was more a case of bad packaging in the step box. I took it back to the store to exchange the DVD (they just got one from a different box) and had better luck the second time.
